A faithful, safe response to Coronavirus:
Worship at Good Shepherd
We are thankful that we can gather to
celebrate The Word and Sacrament.
Our church recognizes that the well-being of all worshippers is of primary importance.
Please keep in mind the following
recommendations as we worship together:
Masks should be worn, especially when speaking and singing. Please ask an usher for a mask if you need one.
Offering should be placed in plates upon entering the Nave. One plate is located near the baptismal font, and the other plate may be found in the front of the Nave by the baptismal window.
When Passing the Peace, worshippers may speak a word of peace, smile, nod, touch your heart, bow, use the peace sign, use American Sign Language, etc. We will respect each other’s comfort level.
For Communion, Pastor will be masked and will sanitize prior to distribution. You may lower your mask, receive the host, and intinct in the cup. If you are uncomfortable receiving the wine, please know that you have received full communion with one element.
